I have been involved and responsible for training and testing new and current employees for present positions in the company. The training was provided for the following departments: Technical Support, Sales and NOC.During my role as trainer I also coordinated work in existing apps (JIRA workflow for internal department comms, HipChat/Slack chatrooms and policies) and I was involved in the development and maintenance of internal application handoff application.Trainings and tests included setup of popular CMS platforms (Wordpress, Magento, Joomla, Drupal), web server setup and customization (including NginX as a reverse proxy), basic UNIX, HTTP protocol and basic networking protocols and BGP.

My roles included, but were not limited to helping on boarding of new clients with Sales and Marketing teams and assisting current clients with setting up and maintaining CDN on their web apps/portals/presentations to perform optimally and to adapt the service to best suit their scenario.One of primary company goals was to provide quality support so in order to provide optimal solutions I was researching and creating optimizations on Web Server, HTTP and Website levels. My work included NginX, Apache2 and Plesk optimization (also creating custom setups for large, well known companies with constant large bandwidth throughput), maximizing the usage of HTTP protocol, web site optimizations such as various file optimizations (CSS/JS/Images/Video/Package Files) and creating and utilizing of JS functions which delegate the loading and pre-loading of the files for the best page and website performance.The brands for which I provided Technical support were MaxCDN and Bandwidth Hog. Being part of companies Marketing team included developing and maintaining company websites (marketing website, blog and knowledge base), numerous newsletters, campaign landing pages and Web Server setup for all of the mentioned where the goal was optimal performance.Most of it was built using Jekyll where the platform was built in modular fashion as some functionalities were intertwined with other departments of the company.Front end applications were developed using Gulp with popular packages.
