- Managing Capital projects to assure deadlines are met for all deliverable (monitoring, CapEx Spending Control Procedures, controlling system from preliminary engineering up to Investment committee - Request for Authorization / Funds Approval); - Involvement of experts and providing accurate information for environmental, technical, technological, financial and logistic industrial appraisal during all engineering stage gate; - Promote and Implement Lean Manufacturing Principles; - Cooperation with Confidential Statistical Officers from International Aluminum Institute (IAI) and World Bureau of Metal Statistics (WBMS); * * *- Project leader for Solution for Red Mud Disposal (the part of which is project for the auscultation - monitoring of dams (see http://www.kap.me/files/kap_invitation_letter_201210.pdf)- Coordinator for the project Solid Waste Disposal in KAP- In cooperation with other team members completed preliminary engineering for seven Aluminium Alloys Production Lines in KAP- Prepared a set of Forms and Templates for conducting of CapEX Projects- Prepared a set of Excel Forms for resource, time and budget monitoring of projects

- Analyzing and control of legal documentation flow between KAP and Ministry of Economic Development with the purpose of obtaining various permissions for construction of industrial objects;- Analyzing, control and preparation of presentations of regular, irregular and periodic production and finance data; - Cooperation with Confidential Statistical Officers from IAI and WBMS; - Providing accurate information for environmental, technical, technological and logistic industrial appraisal to international experts- In cooperation with Dantherm - German, Techmo - Italian, Mekhanobr - Russia, etc. I managed to get a satisfying main project with all the necessary components that are required to obtain building permits - Completed documentation for obtaining building permits for five Capital projects in KAP [Remediation of Red Mud Dam, Vertical calcinations furnace, gasses purification (Scrubber) system, compressor station and heat exchangers]- Prepared no less than monthly presentations of production, health & safety, quality, environment etc. data in KAP

- Analyzing raw material cost & preparing for signing up contracts; - Analyzing, control and preparation of presentations of regular, irregular and periodic (production and finance) information; preparing of reporting procedures; directing departmental information flow; departmental follow up and work coordination between departments; - Cooperation with Confidential Statistical Officers from IAI and WBMS- Prepared yearly (periodic) Contracts for main raw material supply and follow up the logistics-financial dynamics of its realization - Prepared the Operational Plan, Business Plan and Capital Expenditure plan for period 2000-2004- Prepared at least monthly presentations of production, health & safety, quality, environment etc. data in KAP- Prepared set of excel sheets for monitoring of production and logistic data in KAP

- Organized technological and technical performance of all technological parameters necessary to optimize the work of the Alumina Plant as a whole, in regular and irregular circumstances.
