Marko, with over 27 years of experience, embarked on his career as a financial manager, overseeing diverse responsibilities such as engaging with external auditors and arranging loans from prestigious institutions like the EBRD Bank. Progressing in his professional journey, he assumed the role of Commercial Director, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing sales, driving transactions, fostering overall business growth, and cultivating a collaborative team environment.Prior to establishing his own management consulting firm, Marko held the position of Chief Operational Officer, earning the admiration of the company owner to such an extent that they repeatedly sought his return even after his departure. Throughout his extensive tenure of more than 21 years with Philip Morris International, Marko demonstrated exemplary performance in numerous senior management roles, residing and operating in Switzerland, Romania, Serbia, Italy, and ultimately returning to Slovenia.Marko is now deeply engaged in a multitude of roles and projects.
