▪ Responsible for creation of preventive and predictive maintenance plans▪ Implementation of maintenance methods within new projects from pre-acceptance to SOP ▪ Creation of technical structure, ABC spare parts risk analysis▪ Analyzing of downtimes and breakdowns as well as modifying the procedures accordingly▪ Continuous improvement of production equipment technical availability▪ Tracking of maintenance KPI’s (MTBF, MTBR)▪ Regular update of technical documents, procedures, and instructions within the framework of maintenance management▪ Analyze and plan work force utilization, space requirements, workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency▪ Daily cooperation with colleagues regarding spare part management▪ Involvement in team meetings with production department to help determine and develop areas of improvement.

▪ Project lead for maintenance plan implementation▪ Implementation of maintenance plan for technical aircraft components using SAP solution▪ Planning of equipment data and managing appropriate stakeholders utilizing established workflows▪ Improvement of data process and identification of process enhancements opportunities ▪ Accountable for the aircraft equipment data quality▪ Managing of data governance quality input in the system▪ Evaluation and analysis of aircraft equipment data▪ Creation of monthly forecasts and reports using SAS analytics software▪ Coordination with all stakeholders involved in the Aircraft Equipment Data management process (Account Management, Field Site Reps, FH/REG Mgmt., etc.)
