My job is to find farmers and businesses and to sell them loans. Also, I have to make sure that my clients make their payments on time. And I'm in charge of the Loan Office in Backa Topola.At the moment I'm servicing over 170 clients and manage a portfolio close to 500.000,00 euros.

Started from the counter.After 6 months I was promoted to Retail Customer Service Officer and after 6 more months into Customer Service Officer. Worked with SME and entrepreneurs. Many organisational and superrvisors duties were given to me and my superiors were very happy with my performance. Unfortunately, because I didn't feel I can advance any more there, I had to find more challenging job.
