About Marko Petron

My time is split between client relation management, team management, project management, and business development. I’m a seasoned professional, and can be relied upon to get the job done. You will succeed if you are doing business with me. Our specialised team is a recent addition to the Cybernetica family, focusing on the energy sector, and we are excited about the potential for growth. While still small at the moment, we think big. One of our current projects is the Pan European Energy market initiative of the European Commission. Estonia is a country where you can rapidly get things done, discover new ways to innovate, and explore new opportunities. Then the challenge of applying our tech on the global stage gets really interesting. Cybernetica may be a traditional company, but it is certainly not boring. We have a strong research and development ethos, as our roots are in the scientific community. Our business involves a high degree of complexity, and our solutions have to be sustainable and proven. My team is made up of analysts, programmers, architects, and testers. I’d like to think that they would say I am in possession of a good sense of humour.I believe that one's actions represent who one is. So when I make a promise, then I keep a promise. Given the complexity and seriousness of the projects which we are engaged with, there also needs to be a fun factor in order for them to be successful. As a leader, the skills which allow me to accomplish my objectives include empathy, communicativeness, and a proactive mindset. It is very important that my team has the tools in order to grow as people as well as professionals. This is why the benefit package of sports and physical fitness provided by Cybernetica gives additional opportunities to develop teamwork, have some fun, and support a healthy lifestyle.When I’m not working you can find me sailing, or riding around on my motorcycle.
