- Representation of the company in the most complex civil proceedings before the court (litigation, bankruptcy procedures, reorganization) and before the other competent authorities (enforcement proceedings, administrative procedures, Serbian Business Registers Agency) - Reviewing, analyzing, negotiating and drafting the most complex contracts (domestic and international), as well as non-disclosure agreements, and other legal documents- Drafting of general acts and policies that regulate business activities of the Company - Providing legal support to other organizational EPS units (interpreting regulations, identifying potential risks, providing analysis and expert opinion on legal matters, preparation of the materials and relevant records for the purpose of adopting the acts by governing bodies); - Procurement processes - Monitoring and reviewing the laws, regulations and expert literature

- Coordination and management of legal representation activities in EPS for 321k civil and enforcement proceedings- Managing and organizing work for 240+ employees in Department- Providing legal advice and the other forms of legal support to all the other organizational units in EPS, regarding the most complex legal matters - Direct responsibility for the overall performance of the Legal Representation Department;- Managing external counsels and the collaboration with all the third parties- Concurrently executing all duties of the Head of the Legal Representation Division

- Coordination and management of legal representation activities in Directorate of EPS - Representation of the company in the most complex civil proceedings before the court (litigation, bankruptcy procedures, reorganization) and before the other competent authorities (enforcement proceedings, administrative procedures, Serbian Business Registers Agency) - Providing legal advice and the other forms of legal support to all the other organizational units in EPS, regarding most complex legal matters - Reviewing, analyzing, negotiating and drafting the most complex legal contracts, domestic and international, as well as non-disclosure agreements, and other legal documents- Mentoring trainees and new staff members - Monitoring and reviewing the laws, regulations and expert literature - Communication and coordination with the competent state bodies and other third parties

- Representation of the company in civil proceedings before the court (litigation, bankruptcy procedures, reorganization, misdemeanor proceedings) and before the other competent authorities (enforcement proceedings, administrative procedures, Serbian Business Registers Agency) - Reviewing, analyzing, negotiating and drafting complex legal contracts (domestic and international), as well as non-disclosure agreements, and other legal documents- Drafting of general acts and policies that regulate business activities- Analyzing of regulations and the other forms of legal support to other organizational EPS units for various legal affairs (interpreting regulations, identifying potential risks, providing analysis and expert opinion on legal matters, preparation of the materials and relevant records for the purpose of adopting the acts by governing bodies)- Monitoring and reviewing the laws, regulations and expert literature- Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the EPSCODEX Portal (internal Portal for Lawyers in EPS) - Procurement processes - Communication and coordination with the competent state bodies and other third parties

- performing activities related to trade of immovable properties, keeping records about immovable property, and obtaining legal acts for construction, reconstruction and maintenance of facilities;- preparation of complex letters to ministries, state authorities, legal entities and individuals, and obtaining opinions on interpretation of provision of complex law matters;- monitoring and analyzing regulations, preparation of reports, and giving expert opinion on their implementation;- preparation of complex agreements and contracts;- preparation of documentation for registration, and publishing of documents in Register of business entities;- legal support to management bodies of the company- performing activities related to realization of strategic projects, as a member of the working groups;- performing activities related to regular annual inventory of immovable property;- performing expert activities related to housing needs of employees;- participating in public procurement procedures;Projects:- establishing ownership rights of EPS in accordance with Law on Public Property;- performing legal duties relevant for the conduct of status change by merging subsidiaries for electricity and coal production to EPS, including activities related to registration and publishing relevant acts- realization of construction of a system of hydro-power plants on the river Ibar;
