Execute and contribute to the development of RRP Controls Integration engineering projects / processes in order to meet the technical and business needs and objectives.- Support the development of Controls Integration systems for product and process quality enhancements, technical alternatives, new product/process designs, standards under a low level of supervision. Review technical trends and best practices to support the product portfolio and to meet PMI technical requirements and business objectives, including safety and productivity goals.- Lead the development of relevant processes related to Controls Integration in the RRP Quality Management System (QMS). Lead the development, the maintenance and deployment of the Quality Control Strategy. Build up and provide, when needed, Training Modules.- Ensure the application of proven scientific / engineering principles and practices and the collaboration with relevant internal and external departments to analyze/enhance/develop/streamline controls systems and processes to perform system and product improvements.- Track Controls Integration projects/ activities progress/status per the identified plan activities and recommend revisions to the timetable and resource requirements to ensure all assigned projects are maintained on schedule and within the budget requirements. Provide timely updates to the project / activity owner. Perform knowledge management via data compilation, review and storage in line with PMI, FDA or any other equivalent accreditation authority requirements.- Produce and maintain accurate and complete documentation that describes a new/improved Controls Integration process and/or system, including all relevant information for legal or compliance purposes, to ensure a complete records to close the project/activity.-Coordinate and lead the activities and work tasks of less experienced professionals and contractors to ensure the business objectives are achieved and quality of deliverable.

- Establishing and leading the In-Process Control (IPC) global community (one engineer per each RRP affiliate has reported to me);- Updating documentation as well as creating new in that field;- Supporting qualification of the IPC systems activities with creation of the Reference packages for the Primary Process;- Establishing business requirements for IPC for new version of the IT system and creation of UAT scripts;- Project management;- Validation of the highly complex excel file.
