-Responsible for implementing SOPs in Maxi retail stores with the aim of executing all the required processes and activities -Provides the adequate number of employees in Maxi stores with the aim of executing all necessary activities including relationship with both customers and employees, operational activities and the delivery of KPIs-Responsible for applying the standards for product quality, hygiene practices and food safety in Maxi stores -Responsible for the improvement of operations in the stores through improving work processes, financial KPIs and relationship with customers-Responsible for monitoring and appraising employee performance as well as for providing support and training to the employees
