I am responsible of managing InvoiceReady business unit in Basware. I have the overall responsibility of InvoiceReady business development. Among my key responsibilities are product and service management, supervision of consultancy and support, working closely with sales and marketing.

I was responsible for InvoiceReady/eOffice service and the software solution behind it. The solution is sold both as SaaS and license. My key responsibilities were product and service management. Roadmapping future releases, feature design, working with sales, marketing, consultants, and production. I learned to work efficiently with these interest groups and to how to progress items in a matrix organization.

2012 forward Service Manager for Basware InvoiceReady service offering. Continuously developing InvoiceReady service to match evolving competition landscape and expansion to new countries. Contributing and supporting role in acquiring partners around the globe.2010-2011 part of a small team developing first packaged service solution for Basware. Key challenges included service architecture design, implementation model development for rapid deployment, process development for service production and customer support, creating competitive SaaS offering to a hard competed arena. Subsequently I made several model implementations for competence transfer in North-America, UK, Netherlands, Sweden and Finland. As a result numerous reference cases were secured. Content and training material for sales and consultancy personnel. Process documentation for various internal interest groups. 2005-2010. Participating in the defining stage of the second generation workflow engine solution for Analyste, eOffice 7. Delivering this workflow solution to a wide base of customers. Dozens of implementations among which resulted in multiple reference cases. I also delivered other Basware solutions at the same time as well. Most notably these solutions included Banking and Finance. Both products had connections to companies business processes.2000-2004. Key consultant selected to launch (test and first to implement) Analystes first generation invoice circulation software. Subsequently this effort lead into substantial success for Analyste. Supporting role in developing the solution to become important spearheading product for Analyste. eOffice became one of the best solutions for small and mediums size customers softwares in Finland. Analyste success lead into being acquired by Basware in 2006.
