• Plan, design and lead the commissioning of new services, network capacity/infrastructure upgrade projects, maintain project budget and timeline
• Compose and maintain network services and infrastructure documentation
• Train and coach field engineers to work with fiber optic infrastructure and transmission equipment

• Carry out migration of SDH network to all-IP network
• Organize and compile network documentations, plans; compose technical instructions for field engineers
