I was in the role to lead and managed the Product Validation organization, about 90 employees. Following testing areas were covered; Test Management, Certification Management, EMC, HW Validation, PFA, Functional Validation, Field Testing, Build and Prototype Management. In addition to people management I had a responsibility to plan and manage the bonus matrix for the organization.

Role was to lead Proto Management and HW Validation teams to support product programs. People management and development was one of the key objective in the role. I was in the key role to drive the Global Prototyping process implementation in Nokia as well as tracking tool for prototypes in role of global business and concept owner. I had a close co-operation and global role with the DHL while process for proto shipments was created and implemented.
