A private equity owned company in IT services. Approx. 130 m€ sales. Leading two people Business Intelligent team. I am owner of company forecasting process and accountable of our reporting and analysis. Work closely with executive team. Project owner of transforming company management and financial reporting from excel to Power-BI. This project was part of greater automation leap when company started using Snowflake and Alteryx Design tools for data processing. Dozens of financial processes got automated in the project and company data architect, data management and reporting are tier 1 now. I build and own Customer Recovery Process, which is cross company collaboration to analyze individual customer profitability, create and implement next steps for turnaround if needed. The process and team created for this has been wide success in terms of increased profitability and better customer service understanding. Responsibilities include constructing, management, and development an ABC-model of customer profitability. The implementation project, which I lead, was 5 months long iterative project where we used experts from all functions of the company to model drivers to ABC-model. Helped the company to increase operative profitability 1,2 percentage point in 2021.

In addition, my role responsibilities included creating and developing business reporting, maintain balanced scorecard and improve financial processes. I worked closely with CEO, CFO, and other executive team members.I was project owner of company new financial planning and analysis solution, Workday Adaptive Planning. From tender to use, it took us just 6 months. The project included the tender, financial modeling, automated integration, creating forecasting processes and consolidation of forecast. With Adaptive I was able to cut company monthly forecasting process from 12 to 6 working days.Helped the company turnaround in profitability with 3,5 percent point increase in operative profit.

Information Technology Program (ITP) is an academic summer program organised at the Aalto University School of Business. For 20 years the program has combined academic education and business projects into an intensive experience. For students ITP connects tech, design and business and provide tools to operate effectively in the global business environment. My focus is the Digital & Interactive Entertainment (DIE) track - This subprogram focuses on digital marketing platforms, content marketing, digitalization, monetization business models, hands-on-work using a variety of digital marketing and analytics tools and strategic decisions related to digital. My tasks includes assisting in setting up the track and scoping, negotiating and selling projects relevant to the track topics to companies in the greater Helsinki region. In addition, my responsibilities included coordination and supporting 5 student project groups with their projects and helping them achieving best solution with dashing presentation.
