Currently, I am the head of the product department, and I am responsible for the general development of Intrix - across all verticals (CRM, HRM, Project Management). I take care of the Product team and cooperate with experts of different roles: developers, product and project managers, sales and marketing consultants and directors.I am also closely involved in the company's strategy and collaborate a lot with managers in other departments. In the last period, I have been devoting myself to leadership and employee development.In my career at Intera, I have developed in various areas: customer success, project management, sales, marketing and product development.I have helped more than 300 companies to implement CRM systems and/or Project Management tool. I have also always been interested in product development in general, SaaS business models, agile methodology, solution selling, product strategy and inbound marketing & sales strategies.Furthermore, I am always a team player and love to work with people. When I am not in the office, I am a husband and father of three girls.
