Migrations of Jira instances from on-premise servers to the cloud, meticulously transferring data and conducting thorough pre-migration assessments to identify dependencies and potential challenges. I executed Confluence migrations, ensuring the preservation of intricate spaces, pages, attachments, and macros. Leveraging Python scripting capabilities and Scriptrunner, I customized and streamlined data migration, schema adjustments, and configurations, automating various migration tasks and expediting timelines. During plugin migration, I ensured seamless functionality by strategically replacing server-specific plugins with cloud-compatible counterparts. Thorough testing and validation post-migration guarantee seamless functionality transfer. I also created detailed documentation for comprehensive knowledge transfer and assume responsibility for administering and configuring JIRA instances to meet clients' specific requirements, optimizing workflows, permission schemes, and issue types.
