I started as a trainee and was promoted to Community Manager after the initial 12 months with the company. I helped our mods represent and implement our community guidelines, engaged in discussions with the most active users on our platform, and later on, was responsible for onboarding our volunteer user mods and supervising the heads of our eight smaller.
