This included Refreshing Cisco routers and installing Cisco wireless AP’s in all 80 locations, Managing 5 training teams and coordinating the logistics of truck mounts, power supplies and the configuration of the netbooks themselves. o Changed the way the lawn service tracks and delivers lawn care• Managed Web development team (Internal and external contactors) Goal: We should be easy to do business witho Developed Sales site (.net 3.5) to allow customers to purchase lawn service, interface into operations software, and take credit card payments via API to payment vendor. o Developed customer support web site (.net 3.5) to allow customers to manage their account on line, add services and view account activity. • Working closely with software vendor, developed initial software requirements for the Netbooks to be used by technicians in trucks. o Piloted hardware / software in 3 locations to develop requirements and ROI for full rollout. • Rolled out Avaya phone systems to 80 locations and built Verizon IVR to route calls• Managed upgrade of MS DB servers to 2008, included recoding of all batch jobs• Introduced project management structure and processes for all division projectso Based on SDLC, MS project time lines, organized test teams and use cases, coordinated Altiris push o Introduced quarterly operational software (LA 3) releases and managed all enhancement requests and release scope.

TRIPS is a vendor developed return check processing system.• Working with Vendor, developed initial interfaces into Chase systems (It was Bank One at the time). Rolled it out to 1 of 7 operations centers as proof of concept (Bedford Texas). o Installed software on 30 pc’so Part of team to identify, design and coordinate build out of 7780 sorter check processing area. • Implemented TRIPS in remaining 6 operations centers. • Because of the efficiencies of the system, we were able to consolidate 7 return check processing centers into 2 handling all of the banks returns. • Managed the returns systems through the consolidation of systems called Bank One Best (B1B). o Quarterly releases, full system cycle testing, detailed project planning, command center support. • Managed the returns system through the merger with JP Morgan Chase.
