Customer Success Manager For Microsoft Cloud
CurrentResponsibilities:• managing Microsoft Modern Workplace customers within the region of Serbia, Slovenia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia, Albania and Kosovo, helping to create bonds with Corporate and Enterprise customers• drive Microsoft 365 usage with a focus on Microsoft Teams• help customer grow and achieve goals while simultaneously brings ideas about how customer can use Microsoft cloud products better, in structured and creative problem-solving way• advising customers on buying decisions and build a high quality “success plan” inclusive of customer objectives, cost reduction, speed of handling critical problems, security and metrics needed to achieve them (adoption & change management)• act as the coach of the customer relationship, bringing in technical experts, trainers, and others as needed• instead of “win the customer,” the focus has shifted to “show the customer the path to value”• in-depth understanding of customers likes and dislikes about purchased Microsoft products
