In late Q2 2016 ZOO asked would I complete an independent assessment of their current business processes and systems with a key focus on identifying process bottlenecks, communication issues, and structural barriers to better service. The outcome of this assessment were a number of recommendation including an embedding/transition plan which I have been leading since Q4 2016.
