When Radio Helsinki started at Tampere in the beginning of the year 2020, I was in the key role to start the co-operations with culture operators around Tampere area and business operations with companies around Pirkanmaa economic region. With my expertise in audio branding, radio campaigns, event and program production, our customers have had successful events and Tampere has its own radio programs in Radio Helsinki such as Tampereella Tapahtuu and Uusi Tampere. As the FM station came to Turku on autumn 2021 I started co-operations with culture operators and now Turku has own program Lounaistuuli. Also my birth town Pori got its own FM station on spring 2023 and right away we produced a podcast, PoriPodi.Pleased customers with multimedia campaigns have followed me with Radio Helsinki from previous channels.

In DigiFolk project, with my expertise in digital concerts we brought artists and promoters closer with help of virtual experiences. My main focus was on:- UX and UI design- benchmarking - surveys and interviewed end users and professionals- production of multicam live video recordings- supervision of the technical productionThe result is: ApPulse

Teaching event planning and management in Ikaalinen College of Crafts and Design. Supervising the production of the IKATA department to the Suomen Kädentaidot fair trade.

I was invited to guest lecture for Future Hybrid Events-course for the Master-program students. The course includes lectures, tasks and supervising the production of a hybrid event.

As a contact person to new and existing customers I helped them to find the best ways to use their own apps to engage their own customers, powered by gApp. Responsibilities included: sales, marketing, project management, UX design, technical advisory, ICT infrastructure planning, app develpoment planning, service design and social media.

SKAALA was a project by Suomen Muusikkojen Liitto and Suomen Ohjelmatoimistot ja Agentit which focused on scaling the music concert experience. My reponsibility was to produce a report for the future of live stream concerts with headline Livestream 2030.For my study I interviewed experts and test crews and studied different live streams, hybrid events, panels, radio shows, TV shows, websites and literature. I also facilitated a work shop for the experts.

I was in the key role for local radio campaigns in Pirkanmaa with Helmiradio and HitMix radio channels. Local production for commercials was an important part of the projects.

As the only Account Manager for Radio Classic my part was important to communicate with customers mostly from the culture and charity field. Getting the whole campaign planning projects done also with the technical side was a big part of my daily work as a one man audio branding team.

My time as a music business entrepreneur was very passionate and idealistic. The work with just started band was very rewarding. Lots of concerts, tours and releases were made. Also a great project with the city of Pori for 2 years. There was a competition for bands with members under 18 years old and the winners won a music production weekend and a digital platforms release from ÄH Management.
