At my arrival to the company I noticed extremely high number of unfinished products. The cause of this was a very poor organisation of material flow and uncontroled work at certain work stations, which resulted in enormous loss of time, bad mood and waste of material and energy. When I started with production management in this company a total number of products processing was 741, 89 of those were finished. At my departure a total number of products processing was 490 of which 148 were finished. With good organisation and ocasional relocation of workers we achieved to lower the number of unfinished products in the production process by 48% in just 4 months.
