I Continue to work with various vendors to procure equipment Lifecycle Replacements and M&A Replacement Devices. Document and Track systems as they are deployed, to include returned and ensure data going into Salesforce on daily basis, provision and quickly and efficiently deployment PCs to clinics and work with onsite vendors for installation. Successfully deliver all 2023 M&A devices and reach 90% of the lifecycle deployments and Repair devices that still have usable life to redeploy out.- Help drive with collaborations with other team members in tracking activities, and management from Salesforce to ServiceNow, assist in driving more logistical tracking, increasing efficiency and accuracy with management.

Primary daily task of Deployment Technician to include OS imaging Setup, verify functionality, configure, and deploy replacement PCs to identified locations, including additional peripherals as needed, connect remotely using Team Viewer, MS Teams, and or Quick Assist. In the supporting role of ME-HCP, there is a collaboration with on-site Dell technicians assisting in the hardware and software installation. I Connect with the ME-HCP/ME-FOA technicians to ensure all software and hardware is working Medrex AUD and REM devices and internet browsers. Secondary duties include continuous support of HCP\FOA post-deployment and cleanup of devices. Support end user walk-ins in-house. Create tickets (INSs) in Service-Now and resolve ongoing issues with the end user’s request. Daily collaboration with team members such as Desktop technicians who aid in creating new hires and ME-HCP devices during shipping production.
