I also consulted in the areas of innovation ecosystems and education. Most notably I was responsible for the collaboration with Microsoft on the education area. My main responsibility was line management and coaching of a group of research / standardization specialists and managers located in Espoo and Salo in Finland and Southwood in UK in Nokia Technology Platform’s Systems Research. I also led Espoo/Beijing multisite research project for 3G evolution.
