My duties in Etteplan included management of software and testing services units in several locations in Finland and Hungary. In this role I developed these units from one 10 persons unit up to 60 persons in several locations. I was also responsible from ISO9001 and ISO14001 implementation and audits for my own departments. My work included for example sales, process development, recruiting, IT tools development, project management, billing and customer care. I also participated M&A planning and implementation. Previous roles in Etteplan included software development and project management in large international projects.

Vaisala is world leading manufacturer for environmental measurement and analysis equipment. My duties in Vaisala included specification, design and implementation of embedded software applications for meteorological measurement and data logging instruments. I created several radio and satellite communication applications for meteorological data loggers and for example data compression algorithms for satellite communication.

DESY is one of the world leading high energy physics research centers with particle accelerators. I worked there with linear particle accelerator prototype programming team. My main task was to study the suitability of the CORBA technology with C++ and JAVA for fast auxiliary process measurement.

Laserplus is pioneering laser cutting, welding and carving service provider. Laserplus also delivers customized laser manufacturing applications for industrial customers. I worked there as part time during my studies. My work included IT systems support and maintenance, business application design and automation system design for custom laser carving machines delivered to large industrial customers.
