I was in charge for preparing and organizing marketing activities at Euro Petrol gas stations, which included ads, special offers, workers’ training for cross-sell and promotional materials.

My duties included organization of marketing activities of the agency and external communication. I also worked in whole sales process that included sourcing property offers, communication with sellers, finding potential buyers and presenting the properties as well as sales negotiations.

The main project of the company was In Your Pocket guides issuing for Podgorica and Budva, for which I got the franchise. I worked on creating of relevant guide content and selling the advertising space in the guide. Sales included creating of a database with contacts of relevant clients, calling, emailing and organizing sales meetings. When it comes to preparation of the guide, I managed a four people team that included a writer/editor, designer, bookkeeper and a fact-checker.

My responsibilities included providing logistical support for the wholesale and retail departments of the company, internal and external communication and client relation, as well as organization and coordination of transport and product delivery to wholesale clients.

I was in charge preparation of In Your Pocket Guide for Podgorica, which included content preparation, fact-checking, ad sales and distribution organization.
