▪ Mainly responsible for the creation of the Worldwide monthly Quality Report▪ Creation of monthly reports, graphs and business analysis based on the large quantity of data▪ Development of visual solutions for existing and new reports on the Power BI and Tableau platform as well as their maintenance and update from the data source▪ Bosch Guarantee System: report management, data extraction from the Bosch Warranty system, dataprocessing, analysis and reporting through the Power BI and Tableau visualization platform▪ Monitoring of reporting and analysis of inconsistencies and costs ( external and internal costs as wellas PPM cost analysis)▪ Evaluation of Quality indicators and extraction of data from the SAP system▪ Creation of standard, non-standard, and ad hoc reports, development of quality indicators for processtracking and analysis of various trends▪ Go To person responsible and in charge of Quality Reporting in front of HQ Karlsruhe, Germany▪ Support for the organization through improving transparency, quality, and data availability▪ Daily communication with all regions (Europe, Asia/Pacific, North & South America, and Africa)regarding data collection for the creation of the monthly Quality Report▪ Creation and maintenance of documentation for Quality processes
