Marko Poial is a dedicated project manager. From the beginning of 2019 he has been in software development business in product building company and then in IT consultancy company.Previously Marko was active in the areas of system integration, Data Centers, IT infrastructure and containerized solutions. For almost 15 years his ability to handle large scale and complex projects has been a huge contribution for Telegrupp being the largest and most successful company in this field in Estonia. Some time ago during Telegrupp times Marko has enjoyed using his skills and experience in business development and been responsible for building up the business of the joint venture. Marko joined Telegrupp after graduating University of Tartu, where he studied Economics and Business Administration. And again after taking the cap year which he spent travelling around the world. Marko also has Master of Science degree in Business Information Technology from Tallinn University of Technology.Marko is business oriented and pragmatic, possesses excellent organizing and problem solving skills and effective time management skills. He is result oriented and efficient with the ability to see the ‘big picture’ and achieve goals.
