Premium Aquatics, LLC is developing a multi-species commercial mariculture operation in Southeast Alaska. I believe that the Alaska coastal communities and areas represent the greatest untapped fisheries resource in the world, and utilizing existing seafood infrastructure, that we can build a renewable, environmentally friendly industry that produces many products from the pristine waters of the Alaska. By building a vertically integrated, multi-species, company, we can efficiently, and at scale, produce a variety of products to meet a large and growing global and domestic demand. Initially, Premium Aquatics will produce several species of kelp, then oysters, before looking at giant red sea cucumbers and mussels, and branded retail ready products.
