I studied tropical and infectious diseases. I provided technical assistance to the Ethiopian Ministry of Health national deworming program for many years. In my current role with the End Fund, I am working as Associate Director for Programs for the Deworming Innovation Fund.I am realistic, reflective and hospitable to new ideas. So I take time to examine situations critically before I comment or get to work. This helps my team to get an insight into potential factors that usually affect outcome. Also, I believe every person counts in a team effort, and therefore I listen to the views of others wholeheartedly and give due credit to their contributions to the big picture.
