CurrentCORPORATE GOVERNANCE | PROJECT LEADER | BUSINESS OPERATIONS & ANALYSIS♦ Assume management responsibilities, provide leadership to the Board of Directors, and act as a direct liaison between the Board and the management of the company♦ Direct and steer $50M+ service-centered operations while orchestrating strategic planning, managing relationships with funders, partners and stakeholders, and executing projects & initiatives♦ Engage in planning, presiding over, and facilitating board & committee meetings; partner with senior management to ensure that board resolutions are carried out♦ Manage approvals for the annual budget, audit reports, and material business decisions as a board member and remain informed of all legal and fiduciary responsibilities♦ Perform a pivotal role in implementing technology infrastructure and providing oversight in modernizing financial accountability and transparency for optimal shareholder analysis♦ Render expertise as a key member of the Executive and Compensation Committee; ensure that board meetings are held as efficiently as possible, and that the particular knowledge and competence of each board member is applied in the best manner possible to the benefit of the company
