Currently I cover 9 states: western NY, south eastern MI, OH, western PA, WV, KY, western VA, east TN & Indiana! The daily operations allowed me to introduce my expertise on experiences, knowledge to all retail store teams. When visiting each of the 200+ locations I was able to get develop, coach, train on daily duties from finance, security, budgeting profit/loss, hiring, events, marketing/advertising, managing facilities, inventory, sales, training, opening/closing locations, state of the store evaluating, and more! Throughout my last 26 years, I have been able to gain a very extensive educational background. From managing & leading personnel of 5 to 378 direct reports, to multi-unit locations, over the course of the years in executive leadership roles. My work has been from mild to fast paced environments. Vastly, I have held many hats such as Regional and District Management, with account management, project management, territory outside sales, operations, inside sales, finance, leadership, business to business, executive leads, and more. I have had the pleasure to work in so many industries from call center customer service, retail, restaurants, information technology, telecommunications field and classroom facilitating/instructor. I have also gained skill sets with talent acquisition, leadership in Human Resources, project management, real estate opening/closing of locations and list continues to grow.Traveling, coaching-development is a huge key to my success and part of my enjoyment over the years. I have had the pleasure to work in multiple markets and regions, as well as growing my network with multitude of industries and people. My favorite experiences and best attributes are special project managements, that I have been a part of along my journey, those alone have allowed me to spread my wings. I work best when on the go daily or within a specific territory. My CRM is beyond just caring but taking ownership to ensure the upmost integrity is met.My future holds no boundaries, while fulfilling anything that I have set my mind too.
