After graduating from my first degree in English Language Teaching, I have been always involved in education and in academic programs. I started teaching English in students and adults of various ages and abilities, something that I practice till today but only for mature students or adults involved in Life Long Learning programs. Having completed my Master’s Degree, in Educational Management, I gained more academic, managerial and leadership skill that drove me to start being part and involved in different national and European projects in the academic sector. Moreover, I started teaching college students Business English, and Organization Behavioral in the Cyprus Institute of marketing, where I also became an approved lecturer for University of West London. At the same time I participated in the college’s programs in cooperation with the University in UK, as well as in some projects by the Cyprus Human Resources Association. My role was to create, organize and implement plans and programs for young and unemployed graduates and of course find them a work placement. In addition, my job as an Academic Director of an approved School of Art and Design, offering university level degrees and preparing students to go and study abroad, gave me the chance to get in touch, meet and cooperate with various cultural, academic and organizations with the European Union. We still share, exchange and getting involved in projects where we exchange students and tutors and experience through different running projects. My role was and still is to supervise all the process from the beginning to the end, and of course make sure that everything is completed in the appropriate way.
