I am currently the GM of Pine Beach Pakoštane, an all inclusive resort with 265 staff and 1600 guests onsite in high season. As a sales and marketing manager at Pine Beach Pakoštane, a beach resort with a capacity of 1600 beds, I have been leading the revenue management, e-commerce, and online marketing strategies for the past four years. I am also a Google Certified Partner, with extensive experience in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and website project management.In addition, I have been working as a marketing, sales, and IT manager at Proficio d.d., a tourism investment company, for over six years. I have been responsible for invoicing, collection, contracting, job interviews, reception management, logistics management, project management, housekeeping management, procurement, and ICT management. I have also been involved in project management for EU funds co-financing tenders and data protection officer tasks. Furthermore, I have recently taught an internet marketing specialist course at Algebra, an educational institution, for four months in Zadar. My core competencies include tourism management, sustainable tourism, online marketing, e-commerce, network and system administration, and project management. I am passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, enhancing brand awareness, and increasing profitability and efficiency. I am fluent in English and German, using Italian, and French, and native in Croatian. I have a master's degree in tourism entrepreneurship and a bachelor's degree in tourism communicology from the University of Zadar.
