JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Determine project requirements, specifications, prepare project schedules and cost estimates. Review bids and perform QM inspection of existing suppliers. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Design 2D CAD layouts for specific systems based on technical specifications, classification society instructions and vessel general arrangement plan• Interact with ship owners, partners and classification societies in order to interpret their needs and requirements in project• Create technical specifications for machinery equipment and other fittings used in the system in order to define the fitting material, manufacturing methods, types of fittings, piping class and surface protection• Supervise project compliance with applicable codes, practices, and specificationsACHIEVEMENTS• Participated in HAZID/HAZOP workshop organized by Bureau Veritas on the issue of detecting, eliminating or reducing operational risks to as low as reasonably practicable in helicopter refueling project• Work on innovative grooved pipe couplings joining system which improved functionality of the system and reduced needed man hours for fabrication

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Design 3D CAD models of steel structures (conveyors, platforms, stairs, dust chutes, etc.) and machinery according to client’s instructions and sketches. Create 2D workshop along with fabrication drawings of components and assemblies designed in 3D CAD software

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Design 3D CAD models and 2D CAD drawings of parts used in an electrospinning nano fiber machine, which is later used in production of air filters. Create simple FEA studies for parts that were previously designed.• Participate as a guest in a laboratory tests and discussions.
