The department also works closely with the Security team to support and comply with our obligations as an ISO27001 and SOC2-certified company.• Being Workable’s Data Protection Officer, ensured that all team operations were GDPR compliant. Also consulted our product team on implementing GDPR-related features in the product.• Motivated my teams and managers by following the autonomy/mastery/purpose framework, maintaining an Employee NPS of 8.1.
