In the vibrant halls of "Ort Motzkin" High School in Israel, my journey into medicine began. Fueled by a deep-seated passion for healing, I pursued my dream as a medic in the IDF all the way to the University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Carol Davila" in Romania, earning my Doctor of Medicine degree.Returning to Israel, I dove headfirst into the world of emergency medicine at Assuta Ashdod Hospital. As a resident, I faced the adrenaline-pumping challenges of the emergency department daily, honing my skills and discovering my true calling.Throughout my residency, I embraced every opportunity for growth, taking on leadership roles and pushing boundaries in risk management. My dedication caught the attention of the National Emergency Medicine Residency Program, where I became not just a student, but a teacher, shaping the future of emergency medicine.Outside the hospital, I have joined the "8400" program and that's how i got to be the founder of "AirMarko," a startup aimed at revolutionizing emergency care, driven by my unwavering commitment to innovation and improving patient outcomes. Alongside my professional pursuits, I remained rooted in my commitment to serving others, volunteering with the Israeli EMS and supporting initiatives for children's vaccination.Today, as Deputy Director of the Emergency Department where my journey began, I oversee its operations and lead risk management efforts, ensuring the highest standard of care for every patient. My journey from high school student to medical professional has been marked by challenges and triumphs, fueled by a relentless passion for healing and helping others. And as I continue forward, I am eager to make a positive impact, one patient at a time.
