Since entering the industry in 1998 after formal sales training with the Mars Inc. graduate trainee programme I have consistently won and delivered major projects primarily in London but also across the UK and on occasions in mainland Europe. Projects > 500 workstations include KPMG, News International, Barclays, AOL, The Student Loans Company, Royal Sun Alliance, Experian, Societe Generale, The London Stock Exchange Group, Arcadis and Coach Inc plus public bodies such as The London Borough of Havering, Suffolk County Council, Harborough Borough Council and Rushcliffe Borough Council. Having worked for both dealers and manufacturers and running my own dealership for the past 14 years I know every aspect of the office furniture industry inside out. This knowledge and experience has helped Mocha punch way above its weight on major London projects often winning against competitors ten times our size. My business ethos is simple; add value, be honest, be meticulously organized and ALWAYS deliver on time. I also think it’s important to do all of this with a smile – I love what I do and clients don’t look for alternatives to people they enjoy dealing with. My key skills are tender responses, board level presentations, furniture selection, project management, team leadership and client and manufacturer liaison.
