- Voted as "Employee of the Year 2018" at Medicover HR Department- Responsible for concept, development and implementation of communication of Medicover's new referral program platform, including: digital and offline materials (posters, mirror labels (ambient), mouse mat, boards) organising workshop for 40 ambassadors representing medical centres, conducting design thinking workshop for 20 people, concept and implementation of gamification for ambassadors and contest for employees, social media campaign. All communication activities resulted in 666 registered users (Medicover employees and non-employees) within 6 months since launching (April 2019)- Led the launching of the new career website: mockups, job-offers base implementation, visuals and content- Coordinating the employee opinion survey in Medicover Poland for more than 5000 employees, cooperation with Medicover headquarters in Sweden and research agency. Prepared the concept of the Polish division results reports communication process and prepared a managerial tutorial- Created social media campaigns tailored to drive traffic and leads to careers site and job postings (GDN, Facebook/Instagram)- Managing Medicover positioning in the labour market (job fairs, student meetings, brochures, and gadgets, newsletter)
