I have over 25 years experience in the Telecommunications and IT arenas. I started my career in telecommunications with and extensive training program with Ericsson, Lucent, Nokia, Thales, AIRBUS and then progressed through technical positions there and with other organizations to focus on project and ultimately program sales and management roles.My involvement in varied market sectors such as Government, Electro distribution companies, Industrial/Manufacturing, Transport and Telecom operators has been beneficial allowing me to quickly address industry specific issues. Project scopes included civil construction (computer rooms, telephone exchanges, tower construction, cable laying, plant equipment and building cabling) equipment deployment commissioning and testing.I have managed multiple engineering and deployment teams. The scope has covered all aspects of program management including financial accountability, contract negotiation, project quality and process re engineering.
