As the Art Department Production and Studio Manager, I was directly responsible for hiring, developing, coaching and mentoring a large, diverse, creative production staff consisting of teams of photographers, stylists, retouchers, layout artists, copy writers, composers, editors and proofreaders. I lead the end-to-end high-volume creative production of seven monthly catalog titles with over 14,000 ads annually. I maintained studio equipment, and managed the research and acquisition of new equipment. I worked with external talent agencies to oversee booking of models.
