Performed regularly at New York venues including The Greatest Bar On Earth at One World Trade Center, The Supper Club, Cipriani, Fez under Time Cafe, S.O.B.'s, Coney Island High, Den of Thieves and NoMoore. Legal/Business Affairs Director of a major record label division during a period of rapid, robust growth. Negotiated music licensing and special project coordination with affiliate labels including Mercury, Island, A&M, Motown, Verve and London. Introduced networked database license management system. Negotiated & drafted music marketing and license agreements (compilation albums, Film/TV synch, soundtrack albums, video games and new media), custom product development contracts for branding/lifestyle compilations (e.g., Pottery Barn, Playboy Jazz), charity/cause awareness and other agreements. Operational follow up with finance, technical, legal and creative personnel. Worked with General Counsel, corporate Business Affairs and labels, publishers and artist managers.
