Worked on the development of one of the NASA Centennial Challenge Programs: The UAS Airspace Operations Challenge. Created a database of custom MAVLINK messages to facilitate autonomous 4-D waypoint navigation. Code was testing in a custom environment consisting of multi-vehicle hardware in the loop simulations.

Designed and constructed a 1000 gallon highly accurate flow tank to be used with stereoscopic particle image velocimetry and other forms of visualization in order to study coherent turbulent structures in boundary layers. Used Autodesk Inventor and CFDesign for design and analysis purposes.

Designed and implemented the initial construction phase of a slow-sand water filtration and storage base in the community of El Convento, Honduras. Led an 8 member team to complete the base and drainage system over a week and a half during August 2010.
