• Collaborate with designers, product engineers, and program managers the test coverage, limits, device issues and data to ensure the design is approved before the official production release.

• Collaborate with test engineers and designers to improve on hardware design, process, and other ideas to have sustainable probe solutions in production.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams for customer issues and other RMAs.

• Supports test manufacturing of ADC/DAC, High speed and temperature sensor for automotive and commercial grade devices. Focusing on devices tested under Teradyne Flex and Eagle ETS testers.
• Develops test and design hardware for single to multi-site conversion to increase productivity.
• Optimizes wafer sort test program to improve final test package yield.
• Analyze and validate customer return samples and improve process to capture quality related issues.
• Drive test time reduction, yield improvement and manufacturing flow simplifications.
• Drive multi-site efficiency, multi-site yield efficiency and improve manufacturing rescreen recovery rate.

• Supports Radio frequency tuners for mobile phone applications.

• Managing Test related activities for DSPG RF Products like Analog and Digital Cordless Transceivers from NPI to Volume ramp-up.
