Managed operations, revenue growth, emerging market initiatives, system integration, risk management. • Served as Board liaison at all RWE AG North America and Worldwide meetings and drove strategic decisions, growth, operations by participating/presenting to the Board and collaborating on strategic growth initiatives. • Led team that acquired 2M+ in state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment, developed new product lines, increased 3.5X Chamlian Textile revenues; drove global emerging markets in the Americas, Europe, Africa.Additional executive leadership responsibilitiesInhouse Counsel 1997 – 2003- Within six months of Chamlian Group of Companies acquisition by RWE AG, fully integrated with all RWE systems/reporting. Implemented new accounting, payroll, HR operational systems. - Successfully negotiated 2001 buy back of Chamlian Group of Companies by Chamlian Family for 25 cents on the dollar of the original sale. Negotiated final terms with RWE AG in Essen, Germany.- Led legal team to perform due diligence and collaborated with RWE AG legal to complete transaction.Alistar Insurance Company EVP/Pro Tem CEO/Board Member 2001 – 2002- As Pro Tem CEO and Board Member led forensic analysis of claims reserves, actual claims exposure, risk and treasury management, capital reserves and determined that Alistar was under-reserved by $4M. - Collaborated with shareholders on viability of injecting another capital infusion of $10M to account for shortfall/recapitalization.
