Working within Global Alliances team EMEA.Presales lead for one of our largest SI Partners, assisting in the Global GTM. Helping to shape, change and challenge the current technology portfolio within said partner using the complete portfolio of Dell Technologies. Helping to give guidance and advice to presales and sales in a consultative and thought.

Pre Sales, more specifically:Presenting the BuRA (BackUp Recovery Archive) strategy, and the many varied products both hardware and software that this encapsulates.Meeting with customers to help define their storage strategy. Specify solution accordingly and generally aid Sales process.Perform product demonstrations, workshops, and knowledge forums to aid.

Pre and Post Sales, more specifically:Meet with customers to aid in understanding their requirements. Liaise with Vendors with regards to Products /.

To ensure that TriSys delivers on its support & maintenance commitments to the total satisfaction of all customers. Responsible for all support Staff and Maintenance Staff via the Logistics Manager. To enable these teams to function efficiently and manage training and personnel issues. To manage customer’s expectations and any escalation issues.

Starting as a Helpdesk Analyst, progressing to Network Analyst, Network Engineer and finally Senior Network Engineer looking after a team of people. Responsible for updating and replacing the backup infrastructure and strategy throughout the group.
