I helped to develop the firmware for the Axient Wireless Microphone System which consists of microphones, receivers, wireless access points, antenna distribution systems, and intelligent battery chargers.

Shortly after buying SDS, ISI merged with Wind River Systems, Inc.At Wind River, I applied my previous debugger experience to the development of the new Workbench Debugger, which is based off of the Eclipse platform. In 2006 I transferred to Wind River Services where I worked on a wide variety of projects including Linux kernel work for oprofile, object file convertion utilities, Workbench customization, and program analysis utilities.

When ISI (Integrated Systems Inc) bought out SDS, the SDS tools team was merged with the Diab compiler team to form Diab-SDS, a subsidiary company of ISI.For Diab-SDS I continued my role as the project lead for simulation and new architecture development (i.e. porting SingleStep to new target architectures).

I was one of the primary engineers at Software Development Systems, Inc (SDSI) for the FreeForm and SingleStep debuggers. I designed and developed the target monitor and simulator technology for the debugger, worked on the command-line interface and variable display technology, helped to design most of the GUI interface, and eventually managed the teams doing cross-target architecture ports (68K, PowerPC, ColdFire, M-Core, M32R, SH4, ARM, MIPS, etc).I also wrote the preprocessor and a good portion of the runtime library for the CrossCode C Compiler.
