I can help define audience needs and arrive at a content strategy that exceeds those expectations.Latest projects? I helped launch World Horse Racing on behalf of four of the world's leading race courses, and I'm helping grow the Trust Project - a global consortium of leading news organisations - in increasing its partner base to more than 200 sites and 320 million monthly uniques.I'm in my sixth year as a Complaints Committee member for the UK's news media watchdog, the Independent Press Standards Organisation.
