In the past 28 years, I have played a pivotal role in driving transformative changes in the UK transport, healthcare, and education sectors by leveraging cloud and edge technologies to enhance customer (and patient) information and operational performance. Notable accomplishments include delivering Europe's first Azure "IOT at the edge" Rail Customer Information Networks for Greater Anglia and West Midlands Trains, spearheading the establishment of the UK's first hospital-wide cloud enabled Patient Status at a Glance information network, and delivering sales revenues in excess of £90m+ through the widespread adoption of interactive technologies within the UK education sector.I bring extensive expertise in enabling customer information and technology ecosystems that leverage data and automation to drive enhanced performance and annuitised revenues. My skills in harnessing the transformative power of technology are exemplified by successfully migrating critical Customer Information Systems (CIS) for two of the UK's largest train operators from traditional capital assets to a Software as a Service (SaaS) model.I possess an innate curiosity and a passion for connecting with like-minded individuals and organisations who share a common interest.
