• Increased footprint within Kaplan business units to bring approx. another $500K into the organization.
• Top-line revenue increased 14% from 2009 YE to 2010 YE.
• Partnered with investment bank and corporate M&A and led the effort bringing Kaplan Logistics to the market place for a possible carve out sale.

• Led a stabilization initiative at the Kaplan Warehouse in order to increase efficiencies after a facility move and WMS implementation.
• Implemented proactive client calls in Client Services and Technical Support to key clients and high value clients to increase customer satisfaction. Partnered with sales and marketing to introduce promotions and upsell.
