Provide technical expertise and guidance with overall Network Architecture and Engineering. Perform network upgrades for medical treatment facilities and medical centers Air Force wide. Responsible for designing, developing list of materials for procurement, configuring, deploying, and integrating the network infrastructure on multiple projects every year. Develop and execute network plans of all developed network designs.

SME with responsibilities related to defining development roadmap, modeling, and act as the prime for evaluation of capacity, performance, reliability, overload control, and design for the wireless packet core nodes: SGSN/GGGN and LTE core (MME/GW). Worked closely with many organizations (R&D, PLM, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, etc.) to enable customer driven requirements and features within the product line releases.

Provided technical support throughout the Americas for Ericsson's GPRS and UMTS SGSN/GGSN nodes. Set up labs for testing and verification of patch fixes for node software releases. Maintained patch download website for customers.
